Orders and design enquiries
A design request is an enquiry, not a purchase. An online order has its own checkout and order number. Card payments are confirmed only after Stripe verifies them, and bank transfer or FPS payments only after the store has received the funds and marked the order paid; an incomplete checkout or saved enquiry is not proof of payment.
Guardian consent
By submitting artwork you confirm you are the child’s parent or legal guardian, or have their permission to share it.
Copyright and permission
You confirm that you have the right to share the artwork and that doing so does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
Specifications agreed later
For priced products, the selected variant price and checkout shipping and tax are recorded on your order. Any unconfirmed material, finish, size or production details must be agreed with the store. Concept imagery is not a material guarantee.
Approval before production
Payment alone does not approve a personalised design. Each purchased copy requires your explicit confirmation of its exact current AI preview before production or shipment. Approval locks that version; contact the store if you need changes afterwards. AI previews are illustrative and may contain errors, so review them carefully.
