Yes, when a keepsake has a published price and checkout is enabled. Choose a variant, add it to your basket and review shipping and tax, then pay by card through Stripe or by the bank transfer / FPS option shown at checkout. Bank transfer and FPS orders are confirmed once the store has received your payment. For personalised keepsakes, after confirmed payment you upload or photograph the artwork for each copy, adjust it, generate an AI preview and explicitly approve the exact version. An enquiry form does not place an order.

Published prices appear on product pages. A design without a published price can still be discussed through a design enquiry; do not assume a price, material or delivery promise from concept imagery.

No. We work from a photo or scan and the original stays with you, preserved exactly as it is.

Yes. A digital proof is shared before production is agreed, and nothing proceeds without your approval.
