Your private artwork
Artwork is stored privately on our server. Other shoppers cannot see it. Authorised store staff can review artwork connected to your enquiries and orders to prepare your design.
Browser sessions and customer accounts
Without signing in, your gallery belongs to the current browser session. Register or sign in to keep your gallery with your account across devices. Keep your original files separately.
How long artwork is kept
Saved artwork stays on the server until it is deleted. We do not state a fixed retention period.
Deleting artwork
Artwork attached to a design enquiry or order cannot be deleted from the gallery because it forms part of that record. Unattached artwork can be deleted by its owner.
To have it deleted, send a deletion enquiry through the design request route, explaining which artwork you mean.
Orders and payments
Order contact details, delivery addresses and selected artwork are stored for authorised store staff to process your purchase. Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure payment page; this website does not store your card number. For bank transfer or FPS orders, we record the payment reference staff use to confirm your payment.
Order confirmations and password-reset messages are sent by email only when the store has configured its mail service. Keep your order reference and contact the store with privacy or deletion requests.
AI previews and OpenAI
Paid-order pictures, adjustments and previews are stored privately and are available through authorised order links or customer accounts, and to authorised store staff. They are not automatically added to a public gallery.
Generating a preview requires separate consent to send the adjusted picture and product reference to OpenAI for image editing. OpenAI processes those images under its own service policies. Do not submit sensitive pictures you do not have permission to share.
We save picture revisions, previews, consent times and the exact version you approved as part of the order record. Contact the store about deletion or changes after approval.
Children’s artwork and consent
Only submit artwork if you are the child’s parent or guardian or have their permission. You confirm this when you submit.
